Shelly has a total understanding of the market where we wanted to purchase, the French Quarter New Orleans. She answered every question knew every angle. She helped us avoid what she knew we did not want and did not let us miss what she knew we would like. She went out of her way in so many ways to accommodate us, as we are Out of Towners. She was available to us morning and night for any strange questions and worries or problems. She made the whole process of buying a home pleasurable rather than excruciating. Both my husband and I felt very secure in her hands. And to boot, all of this wonderfulness did not end after we closed. She helped us with little details that I would consider over and above what is expected of a realtor. I could go on forever if I started citing all the instances of her help and availability. She's the best, what more can I say. I'll tell you straight, I would never have anyone else. She is truly a five-star agent

Shelley is the BEST around. I've worked with her now for several years. She has sold two different houses for me in the Marigny Triangle. She sold both properties extremely fast and got me exactly what I wanted from both. I can go on and on complimenting her work ethic, knowledge, respectfulness, etc... but the two things that separate Shelley from the rest are trust and communication. She will always keep you informed throughout the entire process and you can trust that she will advise you to make the best decisions to get your deal done with your best interest in mind. It's really pretty simple with Shelley, she'll ask you what your thinking, she'll tell you what she's thinking, TOGETHER you will come up with a plan and she WILL make it happen.
