Stephanie worked with us in our move from Japan. She worked with us and was willing to answer questions and communicate after hours with us. The only issue we ran into was right at closing over a 3 day weekend the final amount had not yet been determined and the payment ended up being due the morning after the holiday, when all the banks were closed and we were half way around the world. It ended up working out but this problem should have been foreseen. Had we not had family in town that weekend we would have ended up missing the payment date.

Stephanie is awesome. She helped my daughter find a rental home for her and her family, moving from Ohio. She did a walk through on 2 seperate houses via video chat. She is extremely thorough, very pleasant and always has time for an email or question. She put more effort into helping find a rental than most real estate agents I've worked with dealing with purchases. She's excellent!

When my husband and I found out we were moving to New Orleans from Eastern NC, I knew we needed a trusted and knowledgeable Realtor to help us in the search for our new home. We had only visited once before on vacation, and that was to do all the touristy things! I reached out to friends in several Facebook groups I am in, and time after time, Stephanie Burkett was recommended. We weren't sure if we wanted to rent or buy a home when we moved, and Stephanie was able to help us navigate both markets several months before we were scheduled to move. Early on, she provided us with information about the local housing market, as well as information about the various neighborhoods in New Orleans which helped us become more familiar with our soon-to-be home. Keep in mind, this was all virtually through phone calls and emails, but it felt as easy and as comfortable as if it were in person. Once we finally got here, Stephanie helped us find the perfect home (we ended up buying), and we are so happy to be settled in our new neighborhood. This was our first home purchase together, and the process was very seamless and easy. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to work with Stephanie, whether in person or from a distance. She knows this market very well, and she really cares about the people she is helping find their perfect home!
