When I moved out of my house two years ago, Art Cortner helped me find tenants for the house during the time I chose to rent it. The people he found were respectful of the property, and always prompt in paying the rent. Later, when I decided to sell the house, Art helped me find the right price point, and presented the house beautifully in the online listing. I had a strong offer within days, and we closed a month later. Throughout the process, Art was a pleasure to work with. I hope I have a chance to work with him again.
