Steve was very pleasant to work with. All of our communication was done over the phone and unfortunately I didn't get to meet Steve personally. However he was always there when I needed him.. His professionalism and eagerness to work gave me all the confidence Steve would get the job done in regards to my rental property. When I moved out of my house two years ago, Art Cortner helped me find tenants for the house during the time I chose to rent it. The people he found were respectful of the property, and always prompt in paying the rent. Later, when I decided to sell the house, Art helped me find the right price point, and presented the house beautifully in the online listing.
