She was equally knowledgable and patience with us. She spent time explaining all the different areas of New Orleans in effort to allow us to make the best decision on where to buy. She answered every question, sent us maps and has been our New Orleans fairy god mother at large. We will forever be grateful for how above and beyond she went to make us comfortable. All throughout the negotiations and closing Stephanie was there quickly handling any issues, and guiding us along the way.

When my husband and I found out we were moving to New Orleans from Eastern NC, I knew we needed a trusted and knowledgeable Realtor to help us in the search for our new home. We had only visited once before on vacation, and that was to do all the touristy things! I reached out to friends in several Facebook groups I am in, and time after time, Stephanie Burkett was recommended. We weren't sure if we wanted to rent or buy a home when we moved, and Stephanie was able to help us navigate both markets several months before we were scheduled to move. Early on, she provided us with information about the local housing market, as well as information about the various neighborhoods in New Orleans which helped us become more familiar with our soon-to-be home. Keep in mind, this was all virtually through phone calls and emails, but it felt as easy and as comfortable as if it were in person. Once we finally got here, Stephanie helped us find the perfect home (we ended up buying), and we are so happy to be settled in our new neighborhood. This was our first home purchase together, and the process was very seamless and easy. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to work with Stephanie, whether in person or from a distance. She knows this market very well, and she really cares about the people she is helping find their perfect home!
