Stephanie was fantastic to work with as we were looking for a rental with very specific needs. We were not local, so we couldn't visit any places on our own. Her response time was very quick, she was able to FaceTime us for walk through, and set our search parameters perfectly. In the end we found a rental that works well for our unique situation. Stephanie worked with us in our move from Japan. She worked with us and was willing to answer questions and communicate after hours with us. The only issue we ran into was right at closing over a 3 day weekend the final amount had not yet been determined and the payment ended up being due the morning after the holiday, when all the banks were closed and we were half way around the world. It ended up working out but this problem should have been foreseen. Had we not had family in town that weekend we would have ended up missing the payment date.
